Hello, I am Claire

A few years back I moved here with my family. What began as a temporary assignment gradually became a new chapter of life overseas.
How It Started
Moving to France wasn't in the long-term plan. Like many expat moves, it began as a work opportunity and soon grew into something far beyond expectations.
Those initial months were demanding — fresh processes, new habits, shifting expectations. Daily tasks seemed more tangled than they ought to be.
The Adjustment Period
There was culture shock, doubt, and plenty of hands-on learning. Yet gradually routines took shape. We found spots that fit our needs, connected with other families, and began creating something that felt steady.
Why I Built Uluvu Newe Ralaj Ibin
Most online resources were either corporate relocation advice or shallow tourism content. What was missing was a frank, everyday family viewpoint.
